Uptown Columbia Holiday Hop
Kick off the holiday season with an evening of local cheer at the Uptown Columbia Holiday Hop! Stroll through our vibrant neighborhood and enjoy a festive mix of holiday markets, live music, food and drink specials, and more!
What’s Happening?
The great thing about this event is there is no wrong place to start. Each location will have special things going on to celebrate the Holidays, with local art vendors staged throughout. Here are some of the festivities happening throughout the evening:
SEC Championship Kick-Off at Leisurehound with free pup cups and festive beverage specials.
Holiday Tree Lighting at Gardener’s Outpost with Holiday Singalong with Paisley Marie as well as a Build-Your-Own kokodama.
Sitar Christmas, a local tradition led by Sean Thomson and a rotating collection of local musicians, will play two sets at Curiosity Coffee Bar with Mary’s Arepas serving up delicious Colombian food.
Danielle Howle will perform live at War Mouth with Holiday cookie decorating for kids on the patio and Eggnog and Cider bar specials.
The Movement Lab will host 15-minute “Sleigh the Stress” sessions with guided relaxation, breath work, and gentle stretching throughout the evening.
Peddler and Makers have live music from Tom Alewine with candy and treat giveaways for customers and warm cider.
Vino Garage will host live music on their patio.
